Parkway Products' Cincinnati Plant
is a custom molding facility in southwestern Ohio, the heart of the Midwest. The
facility has complete turnkey capability for urethane, silicone, and
thermoplastic parts for a variety of industrial and material handling
applications.
Project capability starts with engineering and project management. We can assist from the start with application evaluation, design, modeling
and prototyping. The transition to tool build and production is seamless with consistent project support. The Cincinnati Plant is proud to be
ISO9001:2000 registered.
Castable Polyurethane
A unique material that Parkway Cincinnati has been processing for years is
Polyurethane or urethane for short. It’s properties are unmatched: excellent
abrasion resistance, impact and shock resistance, outstanding cut resistance,
high-flex fatigue resistance, oil-solvent-water-ozone resistance. It is also
non-marking, machinable, and bonds to most metals and plastics. Urethane can
also be custom formulated to target specific properties needed for unique
applications. Polyurethane is a two-component liquid system that can be
open-cast or compression molded in low cost tooling. Polyurethane is an
excellent choice for wheels and rollers, automation pallets, cutting anvils,
seals, belts, balls, bumpers, ramps, shock absorbers, grippers, paddles, slurry
liners, bellows, abrasion resistant pipe, bulge formers, strippers, wheel chocks
and many other applications. Urethane is a modern day replacement to traditional
rubber parts.
Material Handling Trays and Packaging
Parkway Cincinnati also offers custom injection molded material handling trays for your automation, washing, and
packaging needs. Trays are typically produced in a variety of materials including: TPU, Xenoy, Polypropylene, ABS
and Polyethylene. By providing complete, design, prototype, moldmaking and production tray molding, Parkway is your
one-stop solution for custom material handling trays.

If it wears out, weighs too much, costs too much, damages other parts, has
long replacement lead times, makes too much noise, bounces too much, bounces too
little, is too slippery, is too sticky, leaks, or you just don’t like the
color, we have a material solution.
Call us and we will stop by.
