Products' Lee's Summit Plant is located in the southeastern Kansas
City, MO metro area just off I-470. The Lee's Summit Plant builds
Injection Molds, Metal Stamping Dies and has Metal Stamping
capabilities. The facility has the ability to build the precision
tooling your products require. The personnel have over two hundred
years total experience building tooling to the highest industry
standards. The 16,500 square foot air conditioned shop is ready to
build the tooling your products need to come to market.

- (2) Sodick Mold Maker EDM's
- Omax Water Jet Machine Center 60" x 120" water table
- (3) Jig Grinding and Jig Bores, Include #2 Moore Jig Grinder (Sony 20 Millionths DRO)
- (2) Engine Lathes (Swing up to 23" x 60" between centers)
- (10) Grinders, Include Blancher Style, O.D., End, Split-Blank and Surface Grinders
Quality Control Department
- The calibrated quality control equipment
includes a Brown and Sharp Model 2000 CMM with software to reverse
engineer and print digitized reports.
Fabrication and Press Room Equipment
- Includes 8 presses 10 ton to 250 ton with work areas to 60" x 108". Each press has a straightner, feeder and decoiler.
