  Saltillo, Plant 1

Saltillo Plant 1 is located in northeast Mexico approximately 200 miles south of the US border and close to Northern Mexico's major industrial city of Monterrey, Nuevo Leon. With access to talented engineers educated at Saltillo's many technical universities, and a skilled world-class workforce, Parkway Saltillo Plant 1 is ideally situated to support Parkway's global aerospace customer's needs for high labor content composite assemblies and fabrications. Opened in May, 2001,the purpose built 20,000 square foot aerospace manufacturing facility, can be readily expanded to accommodate Parkway's customer's growth requirements. The operation maintains aerospace self-release privileges, for its multiple production processes which are fully certified to the AS-9100 and NADCAP standards.

  Saltillo, Plant 2

Saltillo Plant 2 opened in 2002, supports the Company’s growing needs for injection molding, compression molding, painting, electronic assembly and other processes for its commercial customers. At 110,000 square feet of manufacturing space, the plant accommodates larger scale commercial programs utilizing Parkway’s platform of multiple commercial technologies. ISO 9001:2000 and UL Certified, Parkway Saltillo Plant 2 specializes in delivering high-quality components to its diversified, global, commercial customer base, in Mexico and North America. Additionally, our team of experienced materials management professionals, supports our customer’s needs for global sub-tier supply base management. Parkway’s engineering team can expertly manage tooling and technology transfers to meet our customer’s needs for rapid transfer timelines into a low cost manufacturing environment.

In addition to labor savings, we can achieve cost reductions in freight and JIT inventory management for those customers having their Mexican operation as the final ship point.
