Founded in Cincinnati, OH by Edward Willig and sons Edgar and Donald as Parkway Patterns

Adopted plastic molding and fabrication as the core product offering

Changed name to Parkway Products

Moved from founding location to a dedicated plastics facility in Cincinnati, Ohio

Opened second location, a dedicated aerospace production facility in Erlanger, Kentucky

Acquired the aerospace products division of Lord & Company

Acquired Mold Rite Plastics, a custom thermoset molding company

Acquired Industrial Tooling Services of Berthoud, Colorado, and relocated to Loveland, Colorado

Acquired the injection molding division of Dynacast Incorporated, located in Seneca, South Carolina

Acquired JIT Tool Incorporated

Opened first international production site, an aerospace facility in Saltillo, Mexico; Acquired process license for Thixomolding and began production in Colorado facility

Opened second international production site, a custom molding and assembly facility in Saltillo, Mexico

Acquired the molded parts division of Solvay Advanced Polymers, located in Atlanta, Georgia

Management-lead buyout of the Willig family with Oxford Financial Group

Expansion of the Saltillo molding and assembly plant to include thermoset molding capabilities

Acquired the automotive injection molding and paint & laser etch business of Nypro, located in Marietta, Georgia

Sale of Parkway Aerospace & Defense to EDAC Technologies of Cheshire, Connecticut; Sale included the production facilities in Erlanger, Kentucky; Cincinnati, Ohio and the Saltillo Aerospace Campus

Loveland, CO Thermoplastic operations moved to Ft. Collins, CO

Acquired Large Tonnage Thermoplastic operation from LMR Plastics in Greeneville, Tennessee

Corporate Headquarters relocated to Greenville, South Carolina

Acquired Littlestar Plastics in January adding a sixth product technology, Machined Plastic Solutions. Acquired two facilities from Itech Plastics in April, increasing Large Tonnage Capacity and rounding out a substantial thermoplastic molding business in the Southeast US.
