P&G project turns beach plastic into shampoo bottles
Although Parkway does not serve the packaging industry, we are happy that a fellow manufacturer based in Cincinnati, Ohio is focusing on recycling plastic garbage from beaches to produce packaging for their shampoo. This is a great way to focus on environmental healthy efforts for the good of our planet. Procter & Gamble Co. is teaming up with TerraCycle Inc. to recreate this first ever shampoo bottle containing up to 25% recycled beach plastic.
