Parkway Products Celebrates 75 Years
April 1, 2021 Marks the 75th Anniversary of Parkway’s Founding
Greenville, SC – April 1, 2021 – Parkway Products, LLC announced today that it is kicking off a year-long celebration of its 75th Anniversary.Parkway was founded on April 1, 1946 in Cincinnati, OH by Edward Willig and sons Edgar and Donald. The company was originally named Parkway Patterns, but later increased its offerings to include plastic injection molding, and changed the company name to Parkway Products in 1986. Today, the company is a diversified manufacturer offering five product technologies that include Thermoplastic Molding, High Performance Polymer Molding, Magnesium Thixomolding®, Thermoset Composite Molding, and Machined Plastic Solutions via nine production facilities in the United States and Mexico. With over 750 dedicated employees, Parkway serves industry leaders in the Healthcare, Infrastructure, Aerospace & Electronics, Agriculture-Off-Road-&-Truck, Industrial, and Automotive markets.

Parkway serves its customers through an Advanced Technology and a thermoplastic Injection Molding group. Advanced Technology centers of excellence are strategically located in Atlanta, GA; Loveland, CO; Rockford, IL; and Saltillo, MX. In recent years, Parkway has established its large tonnage Injection Molding platform, including four facilities located in Greeneville, TN; Seneca, SC; Asheville, NC; and Westminster, SC and has broadened its North American footprint with injection molding operations in Ft. Collins, CO and Saltillo, MX. Parkway has 238 molding machines including 189 Thermoplastic machines in the tonnage range of 17 – 1,750 tons, 42 Thermoset machines, and 7 Thixomolding machines.
